HOW TO INSTALL
You need Microsoft Outlook 2000 - 2007.
SendSave is very lightweight and will run on any computer running
Outlook. If you want to use a network, SendSave works with any Windows
compatible network. You will need read/write permissions to the
network folder where the SendSave look-up database is stored.
Download SendSave by clicking
download, Save.
Before installing, Close Outlook
on your computer.
Install SendSave by running the Setup.exe file
and following the instructions. It only takes a few seconds
to install. Some companies require administrator privileges to
install software on your computer.
Open Outlook and click New button to
create a new email. You will see the new SendSave button on the toolbar.
PROGRAM SETUP
-
This is a 30 second, one-time process that will save
countless hours compared to saving and finding emails manually.
Refer to the image below.
-
In Outlook, create a new email. Press the
SendSave button to open the pop-up SendSave form.
-
Click the Defaults button on the SendSave form.
-
Project Root Folder: Click the folder button
and browse to the root folder on your server where the
project files are stored. (Examples: x:\ or \\server\ or
\\server\projects\ or x:\customers\) Everyone using SendSave

project sub-folder. For example: x:\Atrium\Corr\ or
x:\07-022\emails\ or just leave blank.
